1 Free shipping all over United State Of American
2 Standard shipping(Mail service):15-20 business days orders placed before the Express deadline to arrive by 1pm the following day.
Note: Packages shipped via Mail service to Latin America, Europe countries, Africa, Australia possible delayed over 45 to 65 days as long distance,pls kind understand.
3 Expedited shipping: 8-15 business days
Expedited shipping, by definition, is the process of sending a parcel at a faster rate than would normally be customary.
4 Express shipping: 3 -7 business days
Express shipping which is the fastest shipping method available, normally it offers delivery of orders placed before the Express deadline to arrive by 1pm the following day.
Delivery time: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Before shipping your order, normally BENTOBEN needs 2-4 business days to prepare your products, do strict quality-control tests and carefully package the items. So the processing time is separate from the delivery time. Thank you for understanding!

1.Customers from Russia or neighborhood of it choosing Air Mail without items limits spends 50 business days on shipping.
2.Philippines, Russia, Slovak Repulic, Brazil,Ukraine, Nigeria, Vietnam, Portugal, India ect, we suggest to ship by DHL and China Post Air Mail with Tracking Number(you can follow your package by tracking number),because those country charge high tariffs by FedEx.
3.If you have any idea about your item value to help you with the tariff when shipping by EXPRESS(FedEx and DHL), please contact us(info@bentoben.com) in time. Otherwise, we will write the acceptable value for you.
4.Due to the high tariffs and the strict customs of some countries, the shipment of Fedex, DHL is not available for choose, such as German and India not allow to choose FedEx.
